Joli Rouge Brillant is the fresh finish lipstick you didn’t know you needed until you tried it. It is a semi sheer wash of shiny brilliance across the mouth. The original it also formulated with mango oil to moisturize while organic samphire extract keeps lips extra hydrated. I love the look of 742B because red can feel like such a bold look to some. Joli Rouge Velvet is the newest and my favourite. It can be hard to find a matte lipstick that does not make your lips dry and stiff after a few hours. Joli Rouge Velvet gives the matte look without the dry out thanks to apricot and samphire extract. I love the soft matte finish and look of 742V.
